“Since 2022 I am at I-magnet Ltd and I continue as a HCP shareholder. I was introduced to entrepreneurship through our family company I-magnet. I followed my father and grandfather’s footsteps by studying mechanical engineering at the Helsinki University of Technology, where I became interested in the financial sector. I dropped out of the university and moved to Sydney, Australia, to study finance and economics. During my studies, I also invested in stocks.

After learning more about the financial sector, I realised that the “too big to fail” ideology had to change and more sustainable financial practices had to be implemented instead. The financial crisis of 2008–2009 offered a fruitful opportunity to study and learn, and after returning to Finland, I started an asset management company. Through our similar investing philosophy, I found my way to HCP in 2011.”
